#3: Excellent Instruction

Standard playbook not specific to any school but teaches principles which can be applied to all three. Developed in cooperation with Roncalli, Manitowoc Lutheran & Manitowoc Lincoln programs.

Play with the same playbook through entire time in program at Chiefs. Plays/principles Evolve as kids progress through grade levels.

#4: PLAY WITH THE BEST EQUIPMENT

Over 50k in player (Helmets, shoulder pads, padded pants) and practice equipment (crash pads, pop up dummies, agility bags, etc.) investments in the past two years. 

Store helmet, shoulder pads, pants, cleats, etc in Chiefs locker room

Custom Locker room Magnet with Last name above sign... player gets to keep at end of year (or re-use next year)

#7: Bussing to & From Games Inlcuded

Away Games can be a challenge for both parents and athletes to focus. The Manitowoc Chiefs help solve that problem by providing mandatory bus rides for players to all away games. Each bus Departs from & Returns to the Chiefs Facility. The bus is chaperoned by the team coaches while the kids get the opportunity to bond as a team during the ride.

Athletes Can ride back to Chiefs Facility after game or parent can "sign-Out" of bus ride back and take from game.

No additional cost for bussing!

#6: Earn Your Hatchet!

Players can earn "Hatchet's" for their helmets through participating in Chiefs Activities, exhibiting good attributes in practice, success in practice and/or success in games. 

Players KEEP Their Hatchets Earned at the end of the season!

#8: Madden Nights!

The Manitowoc Chiefs Clubhouse has 5 Playstation 5's hooked upto big screen TV's... all with Madden installed. Throughout the year we get all teams players and parents together for team bonding.

Typical Madden Nights have Pot Luck food, video games in dining room, football outside if there is good weather, full cash bar for adults with 5 additional TV's... all in a safe environment for full family fun & "Chiefs Community Bonding"!

#9: End of Year Awards & Pizza Party

All Players get a certificate, their hatchets they earned, their helmet number sticker & a Pizza Party to celebrate the year!

10. Establish Relationships Outside OF YOUR SCHOOL

The Manitowoc Chiefs are not limited to any school affiliation. Regardless of which school your athlete attends, including home school, they are welcome to play for our organization which makes it a true manitowoc team.

Athletes: Play with kids you ordinarily would not have the opportunity to play with
